Founded in 2003 and locally owned and operated by the Frankie LaFleur family, Oak Lane is a 130-bed skilled nursing facility located in Eunice, Louisiana. Our mission is focused on honoring our older generation by helping them to stay healthy, happy and active. Our skilled and compassionate staff provides excellent care and services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care, memory/Alzheimer’s care, IV and respite care. In addition, we provide around-the-clock nursing services.

The professionals at Oak Lane have been providing gentle, personalized care for local families and their loved ones for more than 15 years. We offer a warm and inviting place for those who are in need of a short-term stay for rehabilitation – or a long-term stay for those who can no longer reside at home safely. Oak Lane also provides many entertaining activities for our residents each day – from bingo to exercise sessions, religious services, socials, scheduled trips and much more. We also welcome and encourage friends and family to attend activities and meals with their loved ones.
